1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Bin Brilliant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers in Southern Indiana served by Bin Brilliant.
2. Services Provided
Bin Brilliant provides residential trash can pressure washing and cleaning services, including interior and exterior cleaning. Services are performed following your scheduled trash pickup day. If service is requested on a non-trash day, the customer is responsible for ensuring all trash cans are completely empty prior to the arrival of Bin Brilliant.
3. Payment Policy
All services require full payment upfront before cleaning begins. Bin Brilliant processes all payments securely through QuoteIQ, powered by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and all other payment methods supported by Stripe. Failure to provide payment prior to service may result in cancellation of the appointment.
4. Recurring Service, 4-Month Intro Plan
All monthly recurring service plans require a minimum 4-month introductory commitment. By signing up for a recurring plan, the customer agrees to be billed monthly for a minimum of four (4) consecutive months. After the initial 4-month period, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers who wish to cancel their recurring service plan before the completion of the 4-month introductory period may do so at any time; however, service will be discontinued immediately upon cancellation request, and the customer will continue to be charged for the remaining balance of the 4-month commitment period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining months after cancellation.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
Bin Brilliant is committed to delivering a high-quality clean every time. If a customer is not satisfied with the result of their cleaning, Bin Brilliant will provide one (1) free re-cleaning of the affected trash cans at no additional charge. Re-cleanings must be requested within 24 hours of the original service. Cash refunds are not provided in lieu of re-cleanings.
7. Service Cancellations by Bin Brilliant
In the event that Bin Brilliant is unable to complete a scheduled service due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reschedule at the earliest available date. No penalties or fees will be charged to the customer in this scenario.
8. Liability & Property Damage
Bin Brilliant is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to trash cans, driveways, or surrounding property that was present prior to the service being performed. In the event that damage is caused directly by Bin Brilliant during the course of service, Bin Brilliant will reimburse the customer for the equivalent value of the damaged item(s). Customers are encouraged to notify Bin Brilliant of any pre-existing damage before service begins.
9. Service Area
Bin Brilliant currently provides services throughout Southern Indiana. Service availability outside of this area is at the discretion of Bin Brilliant and may be subject to additional travel fees.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that trash cans are empty at the time of service. Bin Brilliant primarily services cans on or immediately following scheduled trash pickup days. If a customer requests service on a non-trash day, it is the customer's sole responsibility to empty the trash cans before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in the service being skipped or rescheduled.
11. Changes to Terms
Bin Brilliant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of Bin Brilliant services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
